How to see work assigned to you

The Reports » All reports page includes a My Scheduled Activities report.

You can add this to your dashboard (the CiviCRM home page for logged-in users) if you like.

  1. Search » Find Activities

  2. Choose the Assigned to option and enter your name or email.

  3. You can limit to finding Scheduled activities only if you like.

  4. Search!

View the Activities tab. There are various filters (but not one on Assignee).

Also: From the Case Management page

The Activities box shows all the activities for the case. You can filter in various ways. You can also sort the activities by a field, e.g. you can sort by Assignee, which may help you see things assigned to you.
