A token can be directly created for this form in the field “Expose”. This token allows CiviMail authors to easily link to this form.

You need to set Autofill to Current User in the Individual tab. But you do not need to "accept Id from URL”. If you do not need it, it is more secure not to "accept Id from URL".

In a message template, you will be able to pick up ahe Afform Token (with the name of your form). 2 tokens are created: URL and Hyperlink.

By clicking on the link, the recipient accesses the form, and the contact’s data is populated.
