Issues

An Issue represents an opportunity for people to invest in your Society.

For each Issue you define various settings such as the minimum and maximum investment, the asset type (shares or bonds) the value of a single asset (typically £1).

Creating an issue

1. Find the Society that you want to create the issue in
2. From the Issue tab, select Add Issue
3. Fill in the form with appropriate details.

Recording investments in an Issue

The initial investment in an Issue typically comes in the form of a Purchase Transaction.
